About this notice

Registered operator details are provided in the footer.

Information you choose to share

Forms collect your name, email address, optional phone number and enquiry details. Private-access requests also record your stated investor category, client relationship, country and risk acknowledgement. Category selection is an initial enquiry, not a signed statutory investor statement. The questionnaire may include information about your intended investment, source of funds, goals, tax status and experience. You can browse guides without completing the questionnaire.

Why we use it

We use information to provide requested guides, review and respond to enquiries, organise the information you request and keep a record of your choices. We rely on legitimate interests in responding to a request, or steps you ask us to take before a potential service. Optional marketing relies on your consent and is separate from downloading a guide.

Where it goes

Enquiry records are stored in the website’s hosted database and are accessible through a restricted owner dashboard. Hosting providers process information to operate the website. No third-party company receives your enquiry automatically through this website.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. Use the enquiry form, selecting “Privacy request”, or the contact details shown below. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Retention and security

We keep enquiries only as long as needed for the request, relevant follow-up and applicable record-keeping obligations. We review records and remove information no longer needed. Download links expire after 24 hours. We restrict access and use encrypted HTTPS connections.

Browser data and external links

Legacy shortlist data may remain on this device until cleared. No advertising tracker has been added. Google Fonts supplies website typography. External HMRC links and the hosting sign-in service have their own privacy information. Hosting security logs may be processed to operate and protect the service.
